Frequent muscle cramps
For the last 3 months I am experiencing severe muscle cramps in lower back of the body. This has started off almost 5-6 years back. Initially I did not give much importance to it. This problem is very much apparent after I do sexual activity. That I do mostly after I get up on the morning. I have high level of libido that is why I end up doing that activity sometimes everyday in a week. Just to add when this thing happens and somehow I manage to locate that affected muscle then putting a bit of weight or sitting in a particular posture give me immense relief and healing that much faster. I drink lot less water as well. It seems it has become chronic muscle spasm. Please suggest me. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you

According to me this is due to muscle spasm... u need to take plenty amount of water or fluid to over conethis problem followed by do some blood test like calcium vitamin d and vitamin b 12... as this can occur due to deranged value of these in ur body so kindly check for the levels of the same...if this muscle spasm stays for longer period of time u can go for a technique known as dry needling which is done with a help of sterile needle... it gives a stimulus to the affected muscle by inserting it intramuscularly...u will be fine in 3to 5 sittings...take care get well soon
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist to get this technique done
