Joints and muscles cramps after bcousule
Hey,
I take bcousule capsule once every 2-3 days.
I am noticing since last few weeks that whenever I take the capsule, I feel leg cramps , joins pain that I snap fingers for next one day.
Are they linked?

May not be related.. Can have other reasons also..Becosules have only B complex vitamins... better add Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D..To get rid of cramps..and makes it the perfect supplement..
