I have knee pain after fall MRI report says tear in posteromedial joint capsule with ganglion cysts Wanted to know how serious is this

You need further evaluation to see where is the pain. If you had injury it is common finding. If you are struggling consult orthopaedic doctor. Dr Gautam Tawari is good orthopaedic doctor in Mumbai
