Frequent mental breakdown.
I have suffered from depression 2 yrs ago and then moved on. But it keeps coming up when i'm lost in thoughts or have some happy moment. And i end up weeping or get stressed. What should I do?

Hi, first of all did you take treatment for your Depression 2 years back...is it syndromic level Depression you are experiencing or just situation based sadness... Management differs I mean..Talk to someone close about it and Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...ok
