Depression and IBS . (On meds for 2 yrs)
I suffered from IBS since the last 10 years . It went undiagonised though . 2 yrs back i started to suffer from imbalance and pressure rise . I was always anxious about my health and was scared of dying . After many doctors i was given a medication of Fludac 20 and aculip -h . I left aculip-h after one year . I had to be strong . After that IBS started to take a toll . It is affecting my life big time . I am getting lethargic . Not developing any interest for anything . I tried medicines such as equirex and others but as soon as i leave it , it starts again after some days . Looking for a good psychologist who has experience in this kind of treatment .

IBS is a chronic disorder which can be considered as an anxiety spectrum disorder with physical symptoms. It will respond best to psychotherapy and medications.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist for further guidance. For therapy, a psychologist may need to be involved.
