I have been suffering from sudden mental breakdown for last 2 months. Initially, it was not very regular, once or twice in a week. But these days, it is quite often. The symptoms are severe headache, coldness, body becomes numb. These symptoms, follow immediately after recalling a particular memory from past, lasts for 10-30 mins.
