Forgetting things most oftenly
I am forgetting things most oftenly and also am being very absent minded. Specially when many of the things are running in my mind. For example, I was running the mixer and then switched off, after open the cap of it, I suddenly switched on it and the paste was thrown all over the wall. And many more activities like that. I don't understand if it's normal or abnormal. Please help me out, am seriously freaking out.

If it was an isolated episode, then it could be normal. But if you've been having some issues for a long time then you should definitely see a psychiatrist and discuss at length about any stressors that you are facing. Depending on your analysis , you'll be started on therapy or medication.
