Hi Your mind has become stuck in a “what if I missed something?” loop. The more you check, the more the brain asks for more certainty, so the cycle never feels complete. This is commonly seen in anxiety/OCD patterns. Try limiting checking to once or twice and then intentionally stop, even if discomfort remains. Don’t wait to “feel sure” because that feeling may never come through checking. With practice, the anxiety reduces gradually. CBT and ERP therapy can help a lot in breaking this habit. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
