Fordyce spots on foreskin
Any creams available to reduce fordyce spots from foreskin. Can Retino A cream or salicyclic acid cream used to reduce fordyce spots? I don't want to do laser treatment.

Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands, benign and physiologically normal. They typically don’t require treatment. However, topical retinoids may reduce their prominence in some individuals.
Next Steps
You may use Tretinoin 0.025% cream (Retino-A) at night, applied very sparingly to the affected area. Avoid salicylic acid on the foreskin due to potential irritation. Visible results, if any, may take 6–8 weeks.
Health Tips
Do not use retinoids on broken skin or with aggressive friction. Mild irritation is common initially—discontinue if redness or pain occurs. Laser or electrosurgery remains the definitive option if cosmetic concern persists.
