Rough Penis Head Skin & Fordyce Spots

In recent times, I am having rough penial skin. A lot of Fordyce spots are also present. Rough skin & Fordyce spot is not causing any pain. I just feel uncomfortable. What are the ways to make rough penial foreskin soft? Can experts advise me, please?

Hi. I can definitely understand your anxiety. But would like you to understand that this may not be abnormal. Almost 70 percent of men after puberty may have small glands / fordyce spots / papules on the foreskin and this could be normal and you don't need to feel uncomfortable about it. There are ablative measures like laser and radiofrequency ablation that can help u get rid of these but may not be definitely necessary.
