Hello, there is mild bone loss seen in upper and lower front teeth. Better to get scaling done once n irrigate these regions with medicament n then observe these areas for gum regeneration for atleast 3 weeks. Then act accordingly, after the said period is over.
Next Steps
for now, you can floss these regions well to prevent further food lodgement n gum recession.

In opg,bone loss noted in upper front teeth.Teeth are misaligned. Based on history treatment can be given. You can consult through this for further information.

Hii.. by seeing your X ray, bone level is normal but your teeth are crowded ( irregular position). You need to maintain proper oral hygiene & get your teeth cleaned. You should attach your oral cavity pic too for proper diagnosis & treatment plan.

Bone loss seen in your upper anterior region, also some crowding is there in upper and lower anterior region. If possible, can you share your Intraoral images.
