It seems like you have a gum flap over your partially erupted wisdom tooth. This condition can occur when the gum tissue fails to fully recede, resulting in a flap covering part of the tooth. It's important to follow your doctor's advice and take the prescribed antibiotics as they can help prevent infection and reduce inflammation. In most cases, the gum flap will resolve on its own as the tooth continues to erupt. However, if the flap persists or causes discomfort, you may need further treatment. It's best to consult with a dental professional who can assess your specific situation and provide appropriate recommendations. In some cases, the dentist may suggest a procedure called a gingivectomy, which involves removing the excess gum tissue and allowing the tooth to fully emerge. Alternatively, if the wisdom tooth is impacted or causing other issues, your dentist may recommend extraction. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a dentist or oral surgeon who can evaluate your condition, provide an accurate diagnosis, and suggest the most appropriate treatment plan. They will consider factors such as the position of the tooth, the severity of symptoms, and your overall oral health. Remember, only a dental professional can provide you with personalized advice based on a thorough examination. They will guide you through the treatment options and help you make an informed decision.

A gum flap on a wisdom tooth refers to excess gum tissue that covers part or all of the tooth. It can cause problems such as trapping food debris, difficulty in cleaning irritation or pain. If it causes issues, it's best to see a dentist or oral surgeon who may recommend removing the flap through a procedure called an operculectomy

Get an x ray(Digital OPG) done, to check the space and orientation of wisdom tooth. If tooth is in right origin and proper space for fully eruption. Then if required,  operculectomy can be done. And if it's otherwise,  then removal of wisdom tooth is advised.
Next Steps
Visit a local oral and Maxillofacial surgeon for physical evaluation and treatment.
