It depends how much fever you're having and since when.
You can take dolo for fever, not more than 3 times a day, but if your fever persists, I would like you to get your cbc, lft and kft done, because sometimes body needs antibiotics also.

Stop meftal and take Dolo 650 6 hrly if u have high fever . U can also take pcm infusion bd
And better would be to take pcm suppository it will lessen ur fever and won't affect ur liver
If fever is high , occasional take tab dolo 650 one when fever occurs.
If it is continuous or more frequent, you can take it 2 to 3 times daily, at least 8 hours apart . You can skip meftal If no pain.
In case of high fever you can do some sponging with tap water. Drink more fluids.
Get complete blood count done and share results online.
Hlo ma'am
you can take meftal twice a day as prescribed for fever and body pain. Along with that, you can take dolo 650 whenever you have high fever or discomfort, usually 2–3 times a day, keeping at least 6–8 hours gap between each dose. Do not exceed 6 tablets of dolo 650 in 24 hours. Make sure to take the medicines with water and avoid other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time. If your fever continues for more than 3 days or you notice new symptoms like vomiting, rash, or severe headache, consult your doctor immediately.
I hope it helps you.
Thanku 😊
as you have ready consulted a doctor continue the medication for 3 days
if fever persists for more than three days r high grade fever persists along with tiredness , giddiness consult immedietly
Hello, since you have already visited a doctor, please follow their prescription directly. In general, Dolo 650 is usually taken every 6–8 hours as needed for fever, but not more than 4 times in 24 hours.
Next Steps
Since you are also taking Meftal, it’s best to confirm with your treating doctor before continuing both together, to avoid excess medication or side effects.
Health Tips
If your fever persists beyond 3 days or worsens, please review again with your doctor.
For fever of viral origin Dolo 650mg three times a day is sufficient. Not necessary to take meftal 500 along with it. Paracetamol (dolo) alone is a good antipyretic.
Although if you are consuming meftal 500 take it as 1-0-1
And dolo 650mg as 0-1-0 . Make sure these are only needed to be taken 2-3 days after that take them ONLY if you have fever.
Next Steps
Kindly connect to understand the situation more. Just wondering why you are taking both dolo as well as meftal
Health Tips
Please don’t take any medication which are not otc without proper consultation with a certified doctor, for chatgpt can only give you replies with respect to what you are entering. A professional will look more into things like ‘you as a person’. A bot system/ google can’t, kindly understand that before consuming any medication.
Fever medication should be taken SOS ..it means you should take fever medication if required only ..if you are having continuous fever ..dolo 650 should be taken at a duration of 6-8 hours apart ..you can take dolo maximum 3 times a day keeping a gap of 6-8 hours between each dose

Tablet DOLO 650 mg should be taken at a gap of 8 hours per tablet. Do not take more than 3 times a day. Consult a doctor and get lab tests done if fever lasts for more than 3 days.
Two times, 9 HRS APART. You can take a maximum of 2g,but that much dose is not required
TAKE DOLO 650 MG TWICE DAILY AND KEEP 9 HOURS GAP FOR MINIMUM LIVER DAMAGE.
