Hello! Have protein rich diet.. Replace wheat with oats. Have lots of salad. And,avoid water half prior before and after meals(most important). Stay blessed. Thankyou!

High fibre , low fat, low simple carbs like rice, sugar, maida, starchy veg like potatoes, whole milk. Instead have ragi, curd, oats, dahlia, fruits and veg.

most if the cases are ,where a person does not eat meals on time, so, make sure you eat meals on time everyday. include more soluble fibres in your diet. try to eat the same portion everyday.
