B12 deficiency can be due to Damaged gut linings Poor lifestyle Stress Inflammed stomach or small intestine lack of follic acid intake Any previous illness or serious injury causing gut inflammation Vitamin D deficiency is also very prominent cause Once addressed then we can work on how to help overcome deficiency.
