Hi greetings for the day. I am eating rice food daily( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Will it cause any disease in future like sugar?? If it so what kind of food I can take. Now I am good.

Rather than rice sometimes take chapati or pulse or legumes, take brown rice or parboiled rice, add lots of veggies. Don't sleep after eating rice there should be gap of 2 hrs after meal and sleep.
