Maintain hygiene,
Clean up with hot to warm water+ betadin solution.
Or sit in a tub filled with hot to warm water n Betadine solution.
After that soak it with soft handkerchief.
Locally apply
T bact ointment+ fucidin ointment in1:1 ration, two times a day for 5-7 days or till it heals.
Tab augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five to seven days.
MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days.
Healing after the surgery in the analysis area could take about a month. However the surgeon who has performed the surgery is the best person to examine the operated area to see the progress.

I understand your concern about the non-healing wound after your laser surgery for fissure and hemorrhoids. A delay in wound healing can be due to several factors, including infection, poor blood circulation, inadequate post-operative care, or underlying medical conditions like diabetes.
Here are a few things you can do:
1. Maintain Proper Hygiene – Clean the area gently with warm water after every bowel movement and pat it dry. Avoid using harsh soaps.
2. Sitz Baths – Soak the area in warm water with Betadine solution for about 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily, to promote healing and reduce infection.
3. Topical Ointments – Apply antibiotic ointments like T-bact and Fucidin in a 1:1 ratio twice a day.
4. Oral Medications – If there is persistent pain or signs of infection (like redness, pus, or swelling), a short course of antibiotics like Augmentin 625 mg (if prescribed by a doctor) may help.
5. Dietary Adjustments – Increase fiber intake and stay hydrated to ensure smooth bowel movements and avoid straining. You may also take stool softeners if necessary.
However, since your wound is not healing as expected, I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to assess the situation properly and rule out any complications. Please get in touch with me for a personalized treatment plan.
