If you are having repeated bowel movement only then you should avoid milk otherwise there is no problem in consuming milk in Piles and fissure. Besides this high fluid intake (specially butter milk), green leafy vegetables, fruits specially papaya, guava etc. are recommended.

Hello, piles main cause is constipation & straining during defecation .milk may cause forming more gases . even leafy green vegetables like spinach may cause more pain in fissures.
