All Other My CBC reports Are Normal
And other reports like KFT, screening, INR are Normal.

Are you having any symptoms of hemorrhoids? Pain while passing stools? Any blood in stools?
If no you can have elective surgery after improving your hemoglobin levels.
If you are having bleeding in stools better to go for surgery with reserve of your blood group in case of blood loss during the surgery
