Range ( 9 fL  - 17 fL ) MEAN CORPUSCULAR HAEMOGLOBIN(MCH) (CBC) : 23.1 Range ( 27 - 33 ) Picogram RDW CV (CBC) : 16.2 Range (11.5% - 14.0%) MEAN CORPUSCULAR VOLUME (CBC) - 71.2 Range (81-100) fL HEMATOCRIT (PCV) (CBC) : 34.1 Range (38% - 51%) MEAN PLATELET VOLUME (CBC) : 12.2 Range (6.5 - 12.0) fL HEMOGLOBIN (CBC) : 11.0 Range (13gm% - 18gm%) PLATELET COUNT (CBC) : 0.93 Range ( 1.5 Lakh/cmm - 4.5 Lakh/cmm) ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT (CBC) : 0.53 Range ( 0.02x10^3/AuL - 0.5x10^3/AuL) All Other My CBC reports Are Normal And other reports like KFT, screening, INR are Normal. Observe above reports Suggest me that, Am I ready for piles surgery? Or I have to wait for fully normal CBC reports after improving my diets? Please suggest me that any possibility of extra blood during or after Surgery?

Low hb, Low platelets Otherwise  no problem.  Start  beetroot  carrot pomegranate juice home made . R b tone syr10  ml after food  stool color change is normal. Unable to say u need blood from outside.  Depends on blood loss.

Are you having any symptoms of hemorrhoids? Pain while passing stools? Any blood in stools? If no you can have elective surgery after improving your hemoglobin levels. If you are having bleeding in stools better to go for surgery with reserve of your blood group in case of blood loss during the surgery
