Hello, What ever is the type of surgery recurrence rate is high. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. To be taken vegitarian blend diet with least oil n spices. Stool if hard a stool softener is required  like cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till stool becomes soft. LOCALLY APPLY ANOVATE OINTMENT with finger on but hole than gentaly push inside anal cannal n apply all around properly. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice salad  before lunch and dinner. CONSULT Again.ok
