Hello, SEITZ BATH Take a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution n sit in it for ten to fifteen minutes two times a day for seven to ten days. If stool is hard you need a stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons till stool become soft.if pain is there tab zerodol sp eight hourly after food. Locally apply vasline or anovate on but hole than gentaly push inside anal mucosaall around properly,two times a day for three weeks.so as it heals properly. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk etc,salad before lunch n dinner.light diet with least oil n spices.till u follow light diet, salad, plenty of liquids n stool is soft no problem as u start all short of food it RECCURE. Ok.
