Piles issue
I had piles 7-8 years before and it for rectified by taking Arshkalp capsule. But now again it's painting and itching. Big acne like outside the rectum. How to get rid of it. Any tablet or ointment to use. Kindly suggest. Mostly it's exterior hemorrhoids

Seitz bath Sit in a tub field with  hot to warm water add betadine solution 5 to 7 min two times. Tab Oz two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times after food for five days. Defcort 500 two times a day after food for 3 weeks  for outside piles. Locally apply anovate/ shield/oxyurate ointment locally by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks for complete healing. Diet correction  is also important. Lots of fiber, fruits  to makea proper stool not hard so condition  not agrevate.
