Thank you for reaching out with your concern about piles. It's understandable that you're seeking non-surgical options to manage your condition. I recommend incorporating the following dietary changes and home remedies into your daily routine: Dietary Changes: * Increase fiber intake: Consume plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to promote regular bowel movements. * Stay hydrated: Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to prevent constipation. * Avoid constipating foods: Limit your intake of dairy products and processed foods. * Include psyllium husk or isabgol: These fiber supplements can help regulate bowel movements. Home Remedies: * Cold compress: Apply an ice pack or cold cloth to the affected area to reduce swelling. * Sitz bath: Soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times per day, to soothe the area. * Witch hazel: Apply witch hazel with a cotton ball to reduce itching and inflammation. * Aloe vera gel: Apply aloe vera gel topically to calm and soothe the skin. * Coconut oil: Apply coconut oil to the affected area to reduce inflammation. If you continue to experience bleeding or other symptoms, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan. They may recommend additional options, such as medications or procedures, based on your specific needs. You can reach out to me for further consultation or to schedule an appointment. You can contact me via email or by messaging me on my WhatsApp line: eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. I hope this information is helpful. Please take care.
