For constipation; you should take rich fiber diet and adequate fluid, You can take Sushruta laxative powder. In Fissure problem there is a wound in anal area and when ever you pass stool it pain a lot. Passing hard stool means more frictional injury to the wound resulting in increased pain. Dear, fissure is cut in anal area. Don't worry. Just stop cremaffin. Instead take liquid paraffin..if stool is hard you can take even 30 ml every night..drink lot of water, eat bhendi, palak , papaya every day..use tbact ointment in small amount on fissure area.. twice a day..it will reduce infection..do 30 min walk every day..clean area after bowel with soft tissue paper and keep it dry..you will definitely recover fast..
