Will pilex heals fissure?
From 2 months i have been suffering from anal fissure from 2days i started using pilex ointment along with pilex tablets will fissure will heal by using pilex ointment r else just it will stop the burning sentation and pain.when i use pilex ointment buring sentation will be more when compared to the coconut oil shall i apply it r else should stop using pilex instead shall i apply coconut oil.which will be better to heal the fissure .plz mention me

fissure doesnt heal on its own, until it is a very small one. use of ointment or oil wont heal it completely but will avoid the symptoms of burning and pain. please meet a surgeon at earliest
