Depends on your nature of body and koshtha(kind of digestion).... If you typical dry stools with constipation take wither erand tail (5-10 ml at night with cup of milk)or gandharv haritaki powder one spoon daily

Good, for constipation in Indian scenario less physical activities over eating, or dryness are some common causes, at ur age inadequate sleep or late night dinner or life so results vary with person n it's causes so kindly spare time to consult Ayurveda Dr just medicines won't cure fully
