I am in 15 weeks pregnant. I want to know if we can eat rohu fish in pregnancy? Are there any short term or long term effects from this

try to avoid spicy nd oily food cause GERD is common in pregnancy apart from that you can take what ever food you like.

Yes you could eat. Just dont have too much oily and masala stuffs Take fruits, vegetables, dairy products (if your tummy is dairy friendly)
