FISH and MacroArray
My wife is Approx 4 month pregnant in double marker we got Trisomy 21 High risk . so we did advanced NIPT which came low risk for 1 to 22 chromosomes and Sex chromosome but as nasal bone is unossified doctor suggest amneocentesis. FISH report came normal for 21,18,13 and sex chromosome. now waiting for MacroArray and very much tensed as it is taking delay?? Any chances that it will be normal ?
