Ate Surmai Fish in Pregnancy
My wife is in her 13th week of pregnancy. She ate Surmai (also called Sear / King Mackerel Fish) We read about this online and found out that this fish contains high levels of mercury and should be avoided in pregnancy. She ate this fish for the first time in her pregnancy. Is there any major risk associated with this?
