Fish in pregnancy
I've read somewhere that you should avoid high mercury fish in pregnancy. Is it true?? Can I eat rohu fish in 5-7 weeks of pregnancy??

You should avoid High Mercury fish ALWAYS. You don't have to be pregnant to start avoiding high mercury fish. All heavy metals are poisons, and Mercury is one of them.

Yes high levels of mercury are very harmful but if you buy your fish from a hygienic place you can go ahead and eat fish throughout pregnancy
