Hi
My age is 36 years. There is large pedunculated intracavitary mass arising from uterine fundus filling endometrial cavity and prolapsing into vagina through distended endocervical canal it measures 5.5x 4.4x 5.2 cm.
Should I remove fibroid or go to hysterectomy.
Pls suggest me
If hysterectomy means can I go for vaginal hysterectomy.
Any complications will be there for hysterectomy in future?

Have you completed your family?
If so, I feel you should go for hysterectomy.
A 50 gm fibroid distending the cervical canal for so many months could have distended the cervical canal permanently and it will be a route for infection into the abdominal cavity.
If however you want to have more children then you have to get polypectomy done (even though it also has limitations).
