Fibroid in uterus
My fibroid size is 5.5x 4.4x5.2 cm pedunculated intracavitary mass arising from uterine fundus filling the endometrial cavity and prolapsing into vagina through distended endocervical canal. Few vascular flow voids are seen within anterior aspect of the lesion. Uterus is bulky in size. Thick endometrium. Should I go hysterectomy. Vaginal discharge also there. Suggest me please.

If ur family is complete you should go in for a hysterectomy. As the fibroid which is prolapsing into the uterus will call issues like discharge, bleeding.
Next Steps
U can get a Laparoscopic Hysterectomy and preserve your ovaries as you are young.
