Fever in regular intervals. Low immunity
It was 21st Oct when I first had fever and it reached upto 104°F for 2 days. After medications it was gone. 2nd Nov I was again down with fever and it reached 104°F again and remained for 3-4 days. After that I got hospitalized and later was diagnosed with positive for dengue. As my platelets were in control, I got discharged at 9th Nov. Today, 26th Nov, I'm again down with fever. I haven't ate anything junk. I'm just having mild cold. After the pandemic (never tested covid negative, have got both doses of covaxin) I have been very prone to diseases especially fever. Also my physical fitness has degarded, I just die after running even 250m. My BMI is also underweight. What shall I do to increase my immunity? Or is the fever because of some other problem?
