Please don't take chances with a one year old baby by home remedies. Consult a Paediatrician in your area for a physical examination and further management.

Fever is only a symptom, not the disease. Go for proper Invetigation to find out the cause of fever. Once the cause of fever is clear then with proper medication you baby will be alright. Along with medicine do proper sponging with normal tap water and ensure adequate hydration.

Fever in a year old without any apparent symptoms, needs to be seen by a pediatrician in your area as there are a number of reasons for such fever like urinary tract infection ,ear infection or throat infection.

I’m sorry to hear that your baby is not feeling well. Since the fever hasn’t reduced with Ibugesic syrup, it might be a good idea to try a few other steps: Switch to Paracetamol: Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is often recommended as the first choice for reducing fever in children12. You can consult your pediatrician for the correct dosage based on your baby’s weight and age. Hydration: Ensure your baby stays well-hydrated. Offer plenty of fluids like water, breast milk, or formula. Tepid Sponging: You can try sponging your baby with lukewarm water. This can help bring down the fever. Monitor Symptoms: Keep an eye on any new symptoms that might develop. If your baby shows signs of discomfort, irritability, or any other unusual symptoms, it’s important to seek medical advice promptly.
Next Steps
Consult for medicine dosage and further management
