I have fever for last four days with chills. My dengue kit test is as-NS1-ngative Igm-weekly positive, Igg- negative platlet count is 93000.what to do please suggest

There is no particular medicine to treat dengue or improve platelets in this case
Just maintain your hydration well.
You can take ors / 8-10 glasses of water / electrolytes/ juices or coconut water.
Repeat Cbc in 2 days.
