My mom has fever from 10 days fluctuating from 98.6 to 104°F over the course of the day with the highest fever at every night (104°F). She is suffering from fever, chills, headache, fatigue, sometimes joint/muscle pain (not regularly). She is negative for dengue, malaria, typhoid, and covid. She has been taking paracetamol, dolo, vit c, Citrus fruits, goat's raw milk, papaya leaf juice, kadha, but she is not recovering.
What could be the reason, which test shall we for now? Or what is the disease?

This kind of fever needs proper evaluation.getting all those tests is not enough but on what day of fever what test was done is also imp.
I need u to share me all the reports n tell me more about her condition like how it started n how it progressed n what is the current situation n did she take any antibiotics
We can handle this together
How long back were these tests done ? Timing of a test is also important
She has to be properly examined in order to guide what the next best step is to find out the reason for her fever
If you are serious about reaching a cure soon, u should consult a physician immediately rather than use hearsay cures alone. Patient needs to be evaluated in detail.
