Ferritin low iron and hemoglobin normal
I had low vitamin d b12 last 8 months.. symptoms neck pain , fatiguetaking vitamin d and b12 injection .. now b12 is 450 , d3 48.. cbc- hem0 14, rdw -11.4 , other cbc parameters normal ..my concern is iron levels are normal but ferritin is 13.. should I take supplements.. previously ferritin was 24.. now no fatigue, neck pain some times, gi issues before periods.. should I take ferritin supplements pls suggest
