Ferritin low-13 iron 90 do I need supp?
Iron profile - iron 90, saturation -27, tibc-346
Hb 14 other cbc parameters are in normal range..
Vit d-46 b12-450
Previous 6 month Symptoms- fatigue, shoulder pain deficiency in d and b12.. from 6 months taking b12 and d supplements..
Present symptoms- no fatigue, shoulder pain comes and goes, stress, some times sleep issues.
From 6 months my hemoglobin is 14 . Rbc width is 11 to normal Range only
Pls suggest if I need ferritin supplements
