High Haemoglobin, ESR, %Iron saturation
What could be the underlying cause? I am facing weakness, tiredness, little but continuous throat pain & congestion from 3-4 months. Having hairfall from past 1 month . I feel bit feverish sometimes. Today had my blood test done. Iron level is on boundary(160). Ferritin is normal, but Haemoglobin(18.3) ,ESR(28), %Iron saturation(57%) are high. TIBC is normal. What could be the reason?

Hello, i am your doctor. Continuous throat pain with congestion for more than 3 months are common in metro cities. As your blood report is normal it is least likely a infective cause.
Next Steps
Daily gargle with warm saline water in morning for 5 days, take good sleep, have nutritious diet, avoid junk food.
Health Tips
Avoid long exposure to polluted areas, have mask or hander kerchief in congested polluted areas. Have a good day.
