Feet burning
There always a feet burning sensation , I feel that in my palms also where should I get this treated. When kept in cold floor or water it's only then I feel good I don't know which doctor to approach. Did my full health check up also but doctors never said anything about this complaint . My sugar levels are normal and I a not diabetic

Assuming normal: CBC, ESR, Folate, Vitamin D, LFT. Following test can be done. ANA Nerve conduction studies (NCS) EMG (electromyography) Vitamin B12 and other micronutrient levels Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4) Serum protein electrophoresis (to rule out certain immune causes) Possibly skin biopsy if small fiber neuropathy is suspected

What you are having is a Peripheral Neuropathy Which is damage of your small fibre nerves which leads to your symptoms . There are numerous causes including B12 deficiency as a common cause. So detail History helps to evaluate. For Now Take Vitamin B12 injection daily for 5 days Then 3 days once for 2 weeks Then weekly once for 4 weeks If your symptoms doesn't resolve We have evaluate for further causes .

Most likely you have multivitamin and micronutrients deficiency Like Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 If you are vegetarian then chances are high of vit B12 deficiency!!
