Feeling very weak
During pregnancy,I had a terrible accident with facial fractures and had surgery,I was on liquid diet from 5th to 8th month,since I was pregnant only a part of the treatment could be done as total treatment would harm baby.Later in 9th month,i delivered child by c-section with fibroid removal and by god's grace baby is doing absolutely well,she turned two years now.After maternity leave,i joined back to work.Iam a software employee with heavy work pressure.With work and managing baby,i have sleepless nights and top of that I have my treatment for that accident going on because of which I am not able to eat all kinds of fud since it is an ongoing dental treatment which will continue for months.Because of my inability to eat all kinds of food,sleep less nights,work pressure and handling 2 year baby,Iam feeling very weak these days.I feel like I have no energy at all and worried how weak iam feeling at 30 years.Please suggest me something to improve my energy levels.Humble request...
