Have high protein diet. Keep your self hydrated. Drink ORS . Have Foods Rich in Vitamin A, C and E Fruits and vegetables like orange, mango, sweet pumpkin and carrots, guava, amla, tomato, nuts and seeds are an excellent source of Vitamin A, C and E. Have milk and milk products. Hope you are taking pyridoxine supplement.

Did you have any episodes of fever recently ?! And the loose stools may be associated side effects of YB drugs. Feeling weak after passing stools maybe due sugar levels

It's could be side effect of medicine . You should check KFT and LFT and CBC and ESR . You should attention of your diet . Take plenty of fluid. Take protein food in diet. Take prebiotic .
