Hi... Please share your mental health condition with your doctor. It might be deteriorating due to your physical health condition (fibroids in uterus). If the doctor concludes otherwise, please seek Counselling/Psychotherapy from a Psychologist. These bouts of sadness and thoughts of quitting (suicidal ideations) need professional attention. It is hard to explain in words but simple therapeutic approaches are able to help save lives and support people live more fulfilling and happy lives.
