Feeling so much tiredness even after doing simple work and feeling heavy myself body bcoz of weight gain please give answer quickly to my problems

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot. ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
