Feeling guilty
I just want to say out loud that I am guilty 😞. In teenage I have sexually attracted towards my mother who is single, and touched her private  parts several times when she's in sleep and also tried to kiss and have sex but after some time I was grown up suddenly I have feel that this is wrong and I stopped still 1 or 2 times I accidentally touched her, but suddenly now I am feeling guilty and so bad I want to do suicide or want to tell her that I did that and I don't know I am in pain, what should I do.

Teenage/adolescence is a period of major change in terms of biological and psychological state. It can be immensely stressful navigating through your newly attained sexuality and making sense of the various thoughts, impulses and urges. It is not uncommon for teenagers to go through an exploratory phase as you have gone through. Probably at that time you did not fully fathom the morality or consequences of your actions but now that you do, it is leading to this guilt and depressive ideation. Telling your mother is probably not recommended. Please consult a Psychologist to get some perspective on how to accept this and forgive yourself.
Next Steps
If you are having active suicidal thoughts, please immediately consult a psychiatrist/psychologist or at the very least speak to a friend- you dont have to share the personal details with them but tell them how you are feeling.

Incestuous urges during adolescence and young adulthood Is normal. Do not feel guilty about the same. Rather forget it and move forwards and take care of your mom. Focus on job and your life, rather than brooding about the past
