I feel tired all the time , even after sleeping for 8 hrs . I also have hypothyroid but I am regularly taking medicine n tsh , t3 , t4 levels are also normal.
There is no vitamin deficiency ( already done the rest )

As per your history, I'll add only one thing that is protein because as you say you have no vitamin deficiency & all test are done, you just try only for 1 month. You'll start noticing result on 8th day. Just add as much as moong daal in your diet. 100 gm of moong daal contain 24gm of protein & calculate according to your weight. If your weight is 65kg then you need 65gm of protein. Take it 2 to 3 times a day as you like whether boil it or dry it. And you can add 1 more thing as protein suppliment, you can take Threptin Biscuit, 2 biscuit a day. All this can definitely make you feed good, feel strong, feel happy.
