Iam having fear of sleeping for past one month! And now having breathing problem as well is this related to my anxiety and how to over come this kindly help me

Yes. It seems to be anxiety disorder. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.

I think something serious had happened a month before and you are not able to overcome that or handled it appropriately.. Maybe due to that your sleep would have got affected.. Seek a professional support. Consult a psychological Counselor to share and discuss your specific issue and they will be able to guide  you appropriately..

It may be sleep anxiety although you need to explain about your situation. So first you should consult with a Psychologist or psychiatrist. Some tips 1. Practice meditation 2. Avoid stress before going bed 3. Maintain a sleep hygiene 4. Everyday follow the same time to start sleep 5. Avoid caffeine, alcohol. 6. Avoid mobile after 10.
