Your chest X-ray, CT KUB and ultrasound from 4 months ago were all normal, which makes a serious cancer very unlikely. Health anxiety can cause real physical symptoms and make you notice every sensation. Quitting smoking, exercising and eating well are excellent steps that lower your risk.
Next Steps
Avoid repeated symptom-checking and online searching and Try relaxation, regular sleep and daily walks.
Health Tips
If the fear persists, see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Health anxiety responds well to CBT.

Hi, I understand your anxiety when your mind keeps linking every symptom to cancer, even when your investigations have been normal. This can be health anxiety, where fear makes you constantly look for signs of illness Try slow breathing when anxiety rises, avoid Googling symptoms . Remind yourself that a thought is not a diagnosis, It is good that you have quit smoking and are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Health Tips
Try to notice what triggers your cancer-related fears and gently question whether your thoughts are based on facts or anxiety. Practise slow breathing, stay engaged in your daily activities, say positive affirmations and avoid seeking repeated reassurance whenever a new worry arises.

Hi Thanks for reaching out first of all Your previous tests are reassuring, and it’s good that you’ve quit smoking and are taking care of your health. But it seems your mind is connecting almost every symptom to cancer. This can happen with health anxiety. Try not to keep checking symptoms or searching online for reassurance, as it can make the fear worse. If you have any persistent or new symptoms, discuss them with your doctor. When the thought of lung cancer comes up, remind yourself that a thought is not a diagnosis. You don’t have to figure out every sensation your body experiences. Try to get back to your daily routine and let your doctor guide you on any further tests needed. You can reach me at nine two six six seven two six zero six five

Your normal tests and quitting smoking are good signs. Your fears sound like health anxiety where every sensation in the body can seem like a warning sign. Cognitive behaviour therapy with a psychologist can help you break this cycle
