Hello If your physical reports says normal, then this is may be fear about your health. This is called health anxiety (hypochondria). You can consult with a Psychologist for further assessment. Don't panic. Be relax. Few advice: 1. Do some breathing exercises and meditation 2. Get some social support. Loneliness can increase your anxiety. 3. Don't watch the heart attack related videos. This can worse your anxiety. If you get a proper treatment you can gradually improve from this problem.

Hi... If the doctors have concluded that everything is fine with you physiologically, then we can attribute this extreme fear to your health anxiety. It is normal to be anxious after recovering from Covid which is life threatening and the fear associated with it is enough to make anyone worry for their life, even after recovering. Your presenting issues can be easily dealt with Counselling/Psychotherapy.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
