The fear of death - Thanatophobia and fear of sleep- somniphobia can't be diagnosed just based on this one line. In my experience it's the this fear but certain other causes that fuels such fears. In generic terms, please understand: if we are born, we will die too- similarly when our body gets tired, we will rest/sleep too and that is just part of human life. It doesn't mean an end to anything.

Hi... This appears to be a case of somniphobia, but it needs to be clinically diagnosed. Also, you might be suffering from health anxiety or some other issues which might be coming out in the form of such symptoms. Get yourself clinically diagnosed by a Psychiatrist and take treatment which may involve medications and/or psychotherapy.
