The fear of death - Thanatophobia and fear of sleep- somniphobia can't be diagnosed just based on this one line. In my experience it's the this fear but certain other causes that fuels such fears.
In generic terms, please understand: if we are born, we will die too- similarly when our body gets tired, we will rest/sleep too and that is just part of human life. It doesn't mean an end to anything.
